The firm’s principal, Aki Takahata completed his law degrees both at Kyushu University in Japan and the University of New South Wales in Australia.  After he was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a legal practitioner he first practiced as a commercial lawyer at several Sydney CBD law firms and then moved to the area of immigration law where he had particular interest.

Aki Takahata has provided advice with, and assisted people from all over the world.  His client list includes Bangladeshi, British, Chinese, Czech, Filipino, French, Hungarian, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, New Zealander, Singaporean, Slovak, Thai, Venezuelan, and Vietnamese applicants.  Aki Takahata also regularly advises Australian businesses on visa sponsorship issues.
